JOB SCOPE
- Lead or assist for the various project co-ordination in BIM workflow
- Involve in Structure/ Architecture/ MEP coordinations between consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants
- Checking models and shop drawings prepared by BIM Modellers and highlight the model
- Clash issues or discrepancies to all team members detections and liaising with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve clashes, monitoring and follow up throughout the project cycle
- Good knowledge in BIM software like AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation, etc.
- Able to work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress.
- Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and document
- Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
- Able to Attend/or lead the BIM meeting & technical meeting, internally and externally
- Follow up on all aspects of BIM model matters and ensure proper documentation of all BIM deliverables
- Responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- At least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma /Degree/ Professional Degree in Engineering
- At Least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant project & BIM personnel to execute work
- Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation will be added advantage
- Preferably Experience in BIM model development & coordination
JOB SCOPE
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by BIM authoring software
- Report and assist the BIM Manager/Coordinator / Engineer in charge and use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform modelling & drafting works
- Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings production from the models
- Contribute and giving feedback on company BIM standards
- Contribute BIM Good & Best Practice
- Assist BIM Manager in implementing and developing BIM deliverables
- Assist BIM manager on BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on projects
- Assist BIM manager to maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork & MicroStation, etc
- Create and update BIM models based on BIM guidelines and requirement provided
- Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow
- Assist in BIM Coordination and attend site meeting or conduct site verification whenever required
- Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate from BCA, BIM Modelling course or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution
- Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation will be added advantage
- Must be proficient in BIM modelling & draft operational level
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and existing process procedures and workflows
ON-JOB TRAINING
- Participate in project meetings
- Basic modelling based on project requirement
- Drawing production using BIM
- Able to communicate and exchange information with required stakeholders
